Shipping and Delivery

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide from our home country of Canada.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We offer exclusive FREE standard shipping within Canada and the United States on items over $75. There is an option for expediated shipping for fast delivery within Canada and the United States at a flat additional fee. International orders are shipped using a standard or expediated delivery option at a flat additional fee.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and the final cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We will email you a tracking number when we process and ship your order. You can track and check your order using this number through Canada Post's website. Delivery time is dependent on the destination and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Customs procedures or busy holiday periods may delay shipping times that we are not responsible for.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are processed as they arrive within 24 to 36 hours.

WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND DUTY COSTS?

International shipping outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes and custom charges in your country. You will be responsible to pay these local taxes and customs charges, so please be aware of these costs prior to making your purchase.

If you refuse a shipment from Corala Cashmere you will be responsible for the cost of shipping along with any incurred duties, taxes or additional charges. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT?

Use the tracking number provided to you to locate and check the status of your order. If you are still unable to determine when your shipment will arrive please contact us. During busy holiday periods shipping may be delayed beyond our control, so make sure you order early before the rush. 

CAN I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?

Yes. When you make a purchase enter the address of the person you wish to ship the gift to during the checkout procedure. If you want we can include a personal card or custom message on your behalf for free! Email us these details when you receive your confirmation purchase order.

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?

We accept returns or exchanges within 20 days of your purchase. We unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges beyond this time period. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it with tags attached and in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of payment. For returns or exchanges, shipping costs, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another item we will happily exchange your product within 20 days of your purchase and so long as the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

If you wish to return a purchase for a full refund we will provide you with your money back within 20 days of your purchase and so long as the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, including duties and taxes for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds if there has been any damage to the product.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the value of items is expensive. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT ABOUT GIFT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of payment. For returns or exchanges, shipping costs, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
